Brief Introduction
AMR Graphite Rings
AMR graphite rings are made of high purity graphite materials and manufactured by precision CNC equipments to ensure excellent fit. AMR graphite rings are very important parts of the billet casting process. A thin film of oil is distributed through the graphite ring to obtain a smooth surface.

Application: For hot top billet castings
- Choose the right sized graphite ring according to the casting mold
- Ensure the ring surface is undamaged, clean and smooth
- Preheat the casting mold and install the graphite ring inside
- Check the installation. Make sure it fits firmly
